No, the Devialet Dione is designed as a complete all-in-one Dolby Atmos® soundbar and does not require an external subwoofer or additional satellite speakers. It integrates eight high-excursion subwoofers using Devialet’s signature push-push acoustic architecture to deliver deep, powerful and controlled bass directly from the soundbar itself.
Is Devialet Dione compatible with DTS:X ?
No Devialet Dione is not natively compatible with DTS: X content. Nevertheless, you will be able to fully enjoy DTS multichannel audio through SPACE™ listening modes with DTS:X to PCM conversion.
Can I use the Devialet Remote to control Devialet Dione?
Yes, the Devialet Remote is fully compatible with the Devialet Dione and can be used to control volume and playback, just like with Devialet Phantom speakers. You can also control the Devialet Dione directly with your TV remote thanks to CEC synchronization, provided the soundbar is connected via HDMI.
