2-year warranty
We understand that photo equipment is a significant investment, and having the confidence that your gear is covered is essential. With our standard 2-year warranty, you can rest assured that you’re protected against manufacturing defects and any potential issues that may arise.
Some brands offer extended warranties beyond the standard 2-year coverage, sometimes up to 10 years. You can find the warranty information on the product page.
If the extended warranty is offered directly by the brand, you’ll need to register your product on the brand’s website to activate it.
Extented Protection
For a selection of premium products, we extend the standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty with an additional coverage of up to 3 years, depending on the product and brand. This extra protection offered by Liva is completely free and applies automatically in you cart, requiring no action on your part.
How does it work?
The warranty offered by Liva is automatically added to your cart and will be reflected on your invoice. There’s no need for you to fill out forms or take any special action, we’ve got it covered. You’ll enjoy this protection from the moment you make your purchase.
In some cases, the brands themselves offer warranty extensions of up to 10 years or even longer. In this case, you must register your product on the brand’s website. It is the customer’s responsibility to register the product in order to receive the warranty extension, and Liva has no responsibility for this.
What are the warranty conditions?
- Only for participating items in certain product categories.
- Personal and non-transferable.
- Does not cover: replacement of consumables (e.g., batteries, bulbs), abnormal or inappropriate use of the product, defects arising from using the product for purposes other than its intended use, defects caused by external factors.
