The Vertical Battery Grip eliminates battery life concerns by accommodating two extra NP-W235 rechargeable lithium-ion cells, allowing for approximately 1850 frames between charges. Enhancing handling with extra grips and convenient controls, it features a second shutter release button, focus lever, AE-L and AF-ON buttons, Q and Fn buttons, and front and rear command dials. The grip also offers performance optimization with a toggle switch for Eco, Normal, and Boost modes, all while maintaining rugged weather resistance to match the X-H2S camera.
