Peli™ Silica gel is a special desiccant that allows you to ensure that the contents of your Peli™ case remain moisture-free. The highly absorbent capacity of these special granules protects your valuable equipment from high humidity and prevents condensation of the air present in a case due to heat differences in, for example, a tropical climate. The Pelicase Silica gel box can be used in all cases because of its compact dimensions of only 5 x 10.2 cm.
When the orange silica gel under the viewing window becomes clear, reactivate the gel as follows: Place the Silica box in a ventilated oven at 300° F/150° for at least 3 hours or until the gel turns orange again.
The hydrosorbent silica gel mini box can be reactivated indefinitely, offering a lifetime of protection for your equipment.
