XCD 3.4/75P adopts an optical structure of ten elements in ten groups, including one aspherical element and three ED elements, effectively suppressing chromatic dispersion. This sophisticated design results in a compact form and delivers powerful optical performance that meets the resolution demands of a 100-megapixel sensor. Whether at the centre or the edges of the frame, it provides sharp, clear images and vibrant, lifelike colours.
Additionally, compared to the XCD 4/28P and XCD 4/45P lenses in the same series, the XCD 3.4/75P’s maximum aperture is expanded from f/4 to f/3.4. This allows for more detail capture in low-light portrait and produces a more appealing bokeh.

The XCD 3.4/75P is the longest focal length and largest aperture medium format lens in the XCD P series to date. With a 59mm equivalent focal length, it sits between standard and mid-tele lenses, combining the advantages of both.
