Leica Akademie Belgium invites you to a day of beach grandeur at Thermae Palace, Oostende.
Sara Scarlet (@sarascarlet.events) and Christall (@christall_photoevents) bring the glamour of the 50s seaside resort to life — the elegance, the light, the freedom of a world that knew how to be beautiful.
A full complement of Leica M, Q and SL cameras and lenses will be yours to explore.
A selection of Leica M, Q and SL cameras and lenses will be available throughout the workshop and is included in the ticket price. Participants are also welcome to bring their own camera equipment alongside the Leica gear.
Please bring your own SD cards and a laptop for the image review sessions.
Program:
14:00 – Welcome & Briefing Introduction to the day, camera setup, Leica gear orientation. Vision and intention for the session.
14:30 – Beach Shoot – Session 1 – Outdoor shoot with Sara Scarlet and Christall. Working in small group with close coaching on light, composition and timing.
16:00 – Coffee Break Short break at Thermae Palace.
16:15 – Beach & Hotel Shoot – Session 2 exploring the hotel architecture and terrace. Individual feedback during shooting.
17:10 – Work Review & Group Feedback
17:30 – End of Afternoon Session
