Thanks to Thypoch’s high-precision aspherical technology, the lens also minimizes the “onion ring” effect, resulting in smooth, natural bokeh. This clean background rendering enhances depth, dimensionality, and artistic expression in every image.

Featuring the same optical design as the Simera-C 75mm T1.5 cinema lens, it offers natural, soft focus roll-off at wide apertures. The Simera 75mm lens carries the signature retro aesthetic of the Simera series, inspired by the 1950s Visifocus scale. Its all-metal body combines durability with a distinctive vintage look, reinforcing the unique visual identity of the lineup.
The aperture ring is marked with “sun” and “moon” symbols, making it easy to switch between clicked and clickless aperture settings, ideal for smooth transitions between photography and video. The focus ring includes a subtle resistance point at 0.7m, reminding users to switch from rangefinder to EVF focusing for greater precision at closer distances.
